Contio knows your Accounts, your Contacts, and your Opportunities. So the activity doesn't land in a generic inbox — it lands on the right record, properly related to everything around it. The client review shows up on the client's Opportunity. The prospect call shows up under the Lead.

How it works

It runs through Next Steps, so it fits the flow you already use:

  1. Connect your Salesforce org. It's a one-time setup under Settings in Contio.

  2. Finish your meeting, then run the Next Step to log it to Salesforce.

  3. Review the draft. Contio writes the activity from the conversation based on the prompt you created in the Next Step. Refine anything you want in the modal.

  4. Send. The activity is written to the correct Salesforce record.
